    Our cutting bars are made from high-quality steel and are additionally heat-treated through hardening, which ensures exceptional strength and durability. This process not only increases wear resistance but also optimizes performance under high loads, allowing precise and clean cuts and extending the shredder’s lifespan.

  • Cutting Blades

    High-quality cutting blades are essential for efficient material processing, high productivity, and low energy consumption. Various techniques are used in their manufacture to ensure additional durability and sharpness. During hardening, the blades are heated to high temperatures and then rapidly cooled. This creates a hard surface that is resistant to wear and corrosion. Additionally, blades can be reinforced with carbide. Carbide adds extreme hardness, increasing blade durability and delivering quality cuts even with the most demanding materials, such as carbon fibers.
